(c) Professional or Business Information, including details relating to the User’s occupation, company or business name, service offerings, qualifications, certifications, portfolio, project history, and experience.
(d) Property Information, where the User is a property owner or representative, including details relating to property size, type, location, photographs, videos, and documents voluntarily submitted.
(e) Job Seeker Information, including resumes, employment history, current CTC, expected CTC, work experience, skills, and any other information voluntarily submitted by the User for employment-related purposes.
(f) Technical and Usage Information, automatically collected when the User accesses the Platform, including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system details, cookies, geolocation data, access logs, search history, interaction data, and usage patterns.
(g) Communication Data, including records of enquiries, messages, calls, WhatsApp interactions, emails, and communication sent or received through the Platform.
1.2 All information collected either directly from the User, through automated technologies, or through lawful third-party sources.
2. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USE
2.1 The Company shall collect, store, and process User information strictly for lawful and legitimate purposes, including but not limited to the following:
(a) to create, maintain, and manage User accounts and profiles;
(b) to publish and display User profiles, services, listings, or job-seeking information on the Platform;
(c) to facilitate communication between Users, including between Users and Providers, Users and recruiters, and Users and property owners;
(d) to verify identity, conduct KYC checks, and comply with applicable laws;
(e) to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform’s functionality, performance, and security;
(f) to provide customer support and address User queries or grievances;
(g) to send transactional, administrative, or service-related communications;
(h) to enable and enhance search results, recommendations, and match-based listings;
(i) to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, or prohibited activities;
(j) to comply with legal obligations, law enforcement requests, and regulatory requirements;
(k) to conduct analytics, audits, and internal assessments;
(l) to send marketing and promotional information, subject to User consent;
(m) any other purpose incidental or related to the operation of the Platform.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

(a) other Users, where necessary for enabling connections, enquiries, or communications as intended by the Platform;
(b) recruiters or employers, where the User (job seeker) has enabled visibility through the “Looking for Better Opportunities” feature;
(c) service providers engaged for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, SMS/email delivery, or payment processing;
(d) government authorities, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies where disclosure is mandated under applicable law;
(e) affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors in interest in the event of merger, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of business assets;
(f) any third party expressly authorized by the User.
4.2 The Company does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
5.1 The Company shall implement reasonable security practices and procedures in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect User information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5.2 The Company does not guarantee absolute security, and Users acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet carries inherent risks.
6. DATA RETENTION
6.1 The Company shall retain User information for as long as necessary to:
(a) fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy;
(b) comply with statutory and regulatory requirements;
(c) maintain business records;
(d) resolve disputes and enforce legal rights.
6.2 KYC and verification documents may be retained for periods prescribed under applicable law.
